Although this training is relatively expensive, on the long term it will prove to be a wise investment for the company.


To sum up, Six Sigma is a very interesting system that will surely benefit companies who implement it correctly. Although the implementation might be a little expensive, the final results will surely outweigh the upfront costs. Even though there are examples of failures due to different reasons, they can probably be traced back to improper implementation or incomplete training. So make sure you implement the process right and your business will grow in no time.
